Executive search is a natural transition for Nancy Connolly.
With over 30 years experience in the
recruitment
advertising industry, she has held upper
management positions from
Regional Branch Manager with a major
nationwide advertising firm to Executive Vice
President of Business Development in Los
Angeles.
Having worked with major corporations such as Tenet, Cariten
Healthcare,
Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Community Health Systems, Shands, HSBC, Dole, Mattel,
Gaylord Hotels, The Walt Disney Company, Warner Bros.,
Ernst & Young, Toyota Motor Sales and more,
Connolly is right at home recruiting for a wide
variety of disciplines and organizations. She
attributes years of ad agency experience,
planning and executing major recruitment
advertising campaigns and positioning
companies as “employers of choice,” a major
factor in her recruiting success.
It is important to remember that corporate recruiting is a people

Outside hobbies include yoga, her dogs and volunteer work at
the animal shelter, writing for the local
newspapers and participating in the annual
Amelia Island Book Festival, Amelia Island,
Florida. She is also a strong supporter in the
community participating in commissioners
meetings and rallying support for controlled
growth, planning and development that will
shape the future of Nassau County.
