Bill Bryan has a very diverse professional
background. He graduated from Florida State
University with a degree in criminology, and
worked for the state of Florida for three
years before joining a family owned seafood
business and progressing to President and
COO. Bill’s resourcefulness expanded the
business from $240k to $30 million in annual
sales and turned the company into one of the
largest independent shrimp produces/packers in
the country, producing and freezing shrimp
from North Carolina to Brownsville, Texas.
After retiring from that
industry in 2000, Bill joined
the recruiting business with a
national firm and was salesman
of the month or tied with
salesman of the month for 24 of
his first 30 months in sales.
He moved to The Kerrington Group
three years ago where his
specialty has been executive
recruiting, SAP and Oracle ERP
implementations, and support

Born and raised in Florida, Bill and his wife
have been married for 37 years, with two
daughters and 4 grandchildren. His hobby is
cooking and making desserts. Bill’s ideal

enjoys the recruiting business as well as the
many people he talks to every day. As Bill
will casually point out, “No two days are ever
