native of Jacksonville, Florida,
Tom Baine has extensive
management experience in the
airline and banking industries.
He served in various
management positions for a major
U.S. airline for many years, and
subsequently worked as a vice president of
customer service and sales for a
large U.S. financial
institution. At the same
time, Tom also served for many years in the
operations resource management
field in the Air
National Guard.
At The Kerrington Group, Tom
specializes in the
engineering and executive
management placement fields.
His personal philosophy in keeping
his clients satisfied is by
providing them with only the
most qualified candidates for
their select positions; he does
not believe in wasting his
clients' time or his own by
providing them with mediocrity.
Tom believes this personal
philosophy of excellence in
service, and commitment to his
clients, is the foundation of
his success in building and
maintaining positive, healthy
relationships with both clients
and candidates.
A graduate of the
University of North Florida with
a Bachelor of Arts degree in
history and political science, Tom is
currently an active candidate
for an MBA
in leadership at Liberty
University.
Tom's varied personal interests
include travel, flying, sailing,
skiing, reading, writing, and
research. He has
traveled extensively over
the years, and he has
visited more than fourteen
countries in Europe, Western Asia, and
the Americas. Tom has also
recently written, designed, and
published a 730 page non-fiction
historical work (2008).
Tom enjoys spending time at home
with his wife, Ann-Marie, and
their American Eskimo dogs, Lady
and Angel.
